History of Logistics Funding Group Inc.

Logistics Funding Group was founded in New York in 1988. As registered Mortgage Brokers with the New York State Banking Department, we arrange financing for 1-4 Family, co-ops, condominiums, and mixed-use multi-family.

Majority of our business comes through referral sources. Our referral base continues to grow based on our reputation in the industry. LFG brokers have professional relationships with realtors, financial and legal communities. LFG also establishes working relationships with the borrower's brokers, attorneys and accountants by keeping them informed. In the case of condos and co-ops, we pre-qualify the buildings simultaneously while pre-qualifying the potential borrower. Service to our customer is our primary concern which is why we have a 95% return of customers when they refiance or purchase again.
